First off, I go to the Doctor on the 29th and the 30th...one for my OBGYN and one for my Regular Doctor.

I have a lumb about the size of a quarter (started about a dime size) right side of my pubic bone. 4 months ago they said it was probably just a lympnode...its now bigger and hurts more, doesn't move and is hard. My thigh would cramp now my whole leg does, along with my foot and numbing.

Now my right arm goes numb and feels like needles in my hand and wrist.  ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY!

Here's a bump, hoping it's nothing that can't be easily fixed.

This could be major or it could be nothing.  You need to talk to a healthcare professional.  Someone who either knows your history or that you can tell your history to.  You need to be seen by a doctor.  I'm flattered that you feel comfortable coming here to ask for medical advice but asking strangers is not usually a good idea.

Could it be a cyst or seriously bad pimple?

I had a bump like that, the doc (ob) said it would go away and it did.  I was pregnant at the time, but it did not last super long though, IDK.  Good luck

No I do have a lump there that is hard... it is the size of a dime, but the doctor said it was a lympnode. Mine doesn't hurt though...

Have you vitamin B12 levels checked.   Make sure you are getting plenty of fluids.  Have you read about carpal tunnel syndrome during pregnancy?  I had it but I have also had a B12 deficiency that caused some crazy symptoms too.   It does sound like a lymph node but because it is painful and has changed size, your doctor really needs to check it out.

I was not asking for medical advise I was asking if anyone had the same symptoms and new what it was.  I do have a doctors appointment and plan on seeking Real Medical Advice. Its written in the begining of my post.
