chicken pasta alfredo

2lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 jars alfredo sauce

1 jar mushroom slices (optional)

pasta, whatever kind you prefer

Toss frozen chicken into crockpot with sauce (and mushrooms, if using those) and cook on Low 6-8hrs or High 4-6hrs until chicken is tender and cooked through. Cook pasta according to package directions and pour chicken mixture over top to serve. My family of 4 gets 2 full dinners out of this, and sometimes 2 full dinners and a lunch. :)
