 I drink it daily. Do they mean 3-5 cups DAILY? I drink one cup. And do you think it has to be decaffeinated? I drink decaf. I have one with ginseng that really helps with m y migraines. I get INSTANT relief when I drink it.

 Do you make it like regular tea - brew it and sugar (if desired)?  I need to get that for my dd's asthma!

I drink green tea a lot, but I'm not sure if its a green tea drink or the real green tea. Lipton green tea..

Yes you add sweetener as you normally would to regular tea.

yeah i dont know how valid some of the benefits they list are.  I have known people with a few of the ailments and green tea did help them.

 I did have to raise m eyebrow at the HIV thing. I question that. But it has been proven to be a good source of antioxidants, which help in a lot of areas including aging and fighting free radicals (which can cause cancer).
