Teen girl itching in an odd place (maybe TMI)

My niece (who I'm raising) will be 16 in November. Recently she's been saying her nipples her nipples itch. Anyone know what this could be? She says they do not hurt. I told her how to do a breast exam. She says everything feels and looks normal. What would you do?

Give the girl some lotion...white lotion with no dyes or fragrance. Nipples get dry too.

Try getting some new bras.

Try a bra made out of a different material. Switch soaps (both body and laundry) perhaps try cortisone cream.

Get a bra that breathes, apply lotion for itchy dry skin, use hypoallernic laundry soap.. If it persists she should talk to her dr.

Is it possible that she is growing up there? You know when you are pregnant and your belly stretches and causes itchy skin...Or maybe she is sensitive to a change in detergent or something. It's a long shot but it's the only thing I can think of....

If it's really bothersome or persistent, I'd take her to the doctor.
