Disciplne it is my husband.

Day to day stuff like hair cuts and dr appointments and stuff it is me.

Actually my husband has a say in what the kids wear...especially my daughter.  He has made it clear that he does not want her in a 2 piece swim suit.

I guess it depends on the situation.

Me....pretty much on everything that has to do with the kids, bills and house is my say. It's only this way because the hubby works crazy long hours and is not here alot these days.  I need things to be in order and my way to make them easier for us to function better on the daily basis.

my dh will usually let it fall to me..he is military soo he will be gone about 30-50% of our daughter's childhood*sucks, but its a reality* soooo DH lets me make the major decisions for the most part, but we talk about everything before a BIG decision *vaxing, piercings, schooling, how to punish etc*

I do the Dr appointments because well, in most things my husband is very specific about details, but when it comes to telling me about the appointment he does not have much to share.  We have both decided It is best for me to handle things like that.

I run everything passed my DH, and he either approves or disapproves.
