Do you mean seperation anxiety with you or them?

If its them, please please please when you drop them off at the babysitter, give them a hug and a kiss, say goodbye and LEAVE! Do not say goodbye and then hug them more and take them back from the sitter when they cry or look sad and cry in front of them. Leave, go out to your car and cry or whatever but don't let the kids see you upset. You will just make it harder for them to adjust and make them act up even more the next day when you drop them off. The sitter can and will calm them after you leave. Whew, sorry, I did childcare for 6 years and that was one of my biggest pet peeves. Those moms could make a whole day go bad.
