week old infant sounds like he is stuff

My son who turned a week old friday, sounds like he's stuffy, he just finished a bottle, he is also breathing really fast...normal?

Infants tend to get stuffed up. But if he seems like he's really struggling to breathe I'd call the pedi.

Are you formula feeding? It could be a reaction to the formula.

He doesn't seem to be struggling, just I can't hear the stuffyness , he's asleep in my arms like normal

 He is still *new*, lol, it may just be some leftover stuff from birth. If he starts to get a rash or wheezing then I would call the pediatrician.

 clear out his nose and then listen. My daughter does that when she has boogers and as soon as I clear out her nose, she is just fine.
