I'm so mad at myself :(

We have 5 frickin alarm clocks going off in our bedroom every morning and I can't hear a single one of them. And therefore I missed school again today because of it.

I am so mad. This is SO not like me. I never used to be late for school, work, anything because of waking up late.

What can I do?? This HAS to stop!!

It's not like I stay up too late. I went to bed at 10 and I was supposed to get up at 5:30 but didn't get up til 7:30. Even if I got up on time, that's 7 1/2 hours of sleep. That's always been PLENTY for me.

Have you been checked for sleeping issues? Like Sleep Apnea and etc.

I have a friend who keeps her cell phone in her shorts pocket at night. When it goes off in the morning it vibrates and wakes her up

He doesn't hear them either but he never has. I've always been the one to wake up first in the morning and then go wake him up after listening to his alarm go off for an hour. He's always slept like a rock.

No...I've never been told that I snore or anything...maybe I should??

If this is a recent thing for you. Then yes you should. Not everyone snores with Sleep Apnea and other related sleep issues.

Look into an alarm clock that vibrates your pillow. that might help. also try putting it on radio, finding a station that just static, and turn the volume all the way up. do you go to sleep with music on or anything? try leaving it off one night and see what happens.

Go to bed earlier?  Stop taking sleeping pills if you take them because they can make you groggy and less likely to wake up on time in the morning?  Have your coffee ready the night before so you have incentive to get up in the morning?  Lots of things.  I have never been one to sleep in, I get up early no matter what(5 am most days) and that's without the kids waking me.  I am always early.

Idk, but good luck.
