I would cook out burgers and dogs with some pasta or potatoe salad and deviled eggs... maybe some chips and dips as a starter.

We dont have enuf food to share (its budgeted down to the meal) so they have to bring thier own. All our friends know and respect this so its never been a problem for us.

Quesadillas or finger sandwiches. For the quesadillas you can chop up green bell peppers in small pieces and also onions, maybe some chicken chopped up if you have it already cooked. Layer it ona flour tortilla with Mexican mixed-shredded cheese. Grill it on your Foreman grill if you have one. If not then your outdoor grill will work, but only leave it on for a few min. as you won't want the veggies to get completely soft. I grill mine on the Foreman for about 2-3 minutes. Then I make a dipping sauce from sour cream & salsa. It's soooo good.

Yea but it would be cheaper to cook at my house than the usual outting Gas food admissions to the park
