how do i make a tutu?

i would like to make some for my daughter and some hairbows. does anybody know a really good website with pics thats free? most of them you have to pay for

You can also Google "how to make a tutu" or "how to make hairbows" and get tons of sites with free directions, and videos like those.

It's super easy and cheap.  I would never buy a tutu I can make for $3!!!

My favorite way of making them that looks the best is, get a stretchy headband(thin one) and get the colors of tool you want and cut pieces double the length you want it then you tie each individual piece around the headband, more pieces, the fluffier. I always make my dd the super fluffy ones and they are so cute :)

I just made a few for my photography business as props! I learned how to make them from youtube...no sew tutus!! It was fun and easy!
