Do you go to the public schools park even tho your kids aren't in there school yet?
What about a church with a play ground, even if you don't go to the church?

Hmm. Never had to worry about that. Schools here lock up the playground and it is only used for the school. Also no church around here has any play area for kids outside.

The ones here are gated off so that would be trespassing, we have plenty of public playgrounds so it has never been an option..

No,we have plenty of parks around us that there isn't a reason to use either. Most churches have gates that lock anyways and high fences.

we have a play set in our yard and a public park down the street anyways...

I say yes to both. Why not? They are public parks and noone has ever said anything to me about it.

No there not public property  as in the Church playgrounds so we go to public parks and are school has there fenced in and im guessing to keep people off of it.
