Chipped tooth question

 My son chipped my 9 year old dd's front permanent tooth.I called the dentist and had to leave a message.I am so worried about her tooth.What will they do?Has anyone had this happen to their child?

I knocked my whole tooth out. You can't tell though they fixed it good by taking the tooth to the side of it and building it up to make it look like a front tooth. Seriously you really have to look and have it pointed out to you to tell the difference. They will either do that or put a crown on it to fix it.

I am not sure on a permanant tooth.

They will put a tooth colored filling in it. Keep an eye on it. If it starts to change color the tooth is dying and will need a root canal so you'll want to get her in ASAP if that starts to happen.
