have a party and allow ppl to have intercoarse on ur front porch knowing kids live right next door in the next apartment? (kinda like apt house 2 apts in 1 house)

Um, no. But the hosts of the party might not assume that they have to tell their guests not to have sex on the front porch. I mean, I don't think its the host's fault that their guests are behaving so crudely. Maybe they didn't know about it? Plus, isn't that illegal?
