What kind do you buy/make?

Every year and every birthday party in my family it is the same kind of cake, because, well, we all love it lol. we get:

white cake, with strawberries in the middle, and whipped cream frosting.

doesn't matter whose bday party you go to in my family, that's the cake we are going to eat lol..

I will do it for my kids too, until they are old enough to pick what kind of cake they want..

last year for dd's bday i made a butterfly cake it was white cake with vanilla frosting that i dyed purple along with other colors for the shapes... this year im doing a mini mouse cake the ears will be chocolate and the face witll be white and i think im going to add a pudding center to it..

 We do chocolate for every b-day cake except mine. My family just loves chocolate cake, I'm not a huge fan.lol

there are lots of ways but we are just allergic to the yolk so i use egg whites. you can use applesauce, flour/baking soda,  for a few examples. I cant use applesauce cause i am allergic to apples
