I missed a crockpot post?  With DRAMA?

Dang!  My kids wanted lunch at the wrong time apparently.

LOL

LOL

Well, I can do without the drama.  I have a toddler and an almost walking infant.  There's enough drama IN my house without going to the 'net looking for it.

But I LOVE crockpot posts.  I always get great new ideas from them

From your description, it sounds like you were looking for some type of chicken enchilada that would cook in the crock and then be served in tortillas, with cheese and sauce?
