Are you preggers? That can cause hair thinning. If you aren't try taking a multi vitamin.

Did you just give birth? That's when I started losing a lot of hair.

Can you go to a dr? Hair loss can be a symptom of a medical issue. Or from stress. If you recently had a baby the hormone changes could cause it as well.

Try olive oil at the root of your hair. After I had my dd (about 18 months ago) my hair was falling out something horrible. I started using olive oil shampoo and conditioner (wash out) and saw a huge improvement. Before I blow dry my hair I use the leave in hair lotion so not so much damage is done. Hope that helps a little bit.

well during pregnancy our body produces a hormone which prevents hair loss and after delivery we start shedding--at least that explains my current hair loss.
