Do you think married, working moms have it harder then married, working dads?

Depends. If the mom has to come home, cook, clean, and take care of the kids by herself while the dad sits on his butt...then yes.

 Depends.  Some people thrive on having what to others seems like too much to do while others can't even handle just holding a job.  Can't make a blanket statement either way.

that's really going to vary from family to family.  i would say yes overall, just because many working mothers also go home and do the majority of household chores.

in the situations i have experienced yes. there is a reason every woman in my family has been divorced at least once and honestly im nervous about my upcoming employment. things go so smoothly with me not working..its the way our relationship has always been im afraid its going to set us up for fights :(
