1 lbs chicken breast or steak(cheap one) cut into thin strips

1 green bell pepper cut into strips

1 cup broccoli

2 carrots cut into strips

any other random veggies you think might be good

saute in olive or veggie oil until meat is cooked

throw in one package of aldente (sp?) ramen and stir fry sauce (to taste)

saute till the noodles get a little brown on them and serve.

mmmmm noodle bowl better than Huhot! Thats the fancy meal the quick meal is just to throw a can of cream of chicken soup in with the noodles after they are cooked. Did that one through most of high school and college. lol

Add chopped onions, green peppers, tomatoes, carrots, and ham.  Microwave.  Enjoy ;)
