I need help finding foods from A-Z

I want to feed my family the alphabets. when i say that i mean something healthy that starts with the letter A. B.C and so on. IT does not have to be the main dish. just something to make the meals healthier. like for C i could add some cauliflower to mashed potatoes, for  P we could have pumpkin pancakes. I need ideas for all the rest of the letters. If you ladies could help me. please

BBQ Beans and Sausage, Beets and Greens Salad

Shred up carrots and put in meatloaf or speg, sauce

I got nothing for D

Eggplant Parm, Eggs

Fish

Gorgonzola Cheese and Chicken Pasta, Salad with Goat Cheese

Hummas

Iceberg lettuce

Kidney Beans

Lima Beans, Lettuce

No M

Nuts

Oatmeal (add to toppings to make crisp topping)

Potatoes

Or Q

Sausage and Potato casserole, Spinach, Salad

Tuna, Turnips, Turkey

Bananna, broccli, black beans, brussel sprouts, butternut squash

Carrots, cauliflower, corn, cucumbers, cheddar, cashews, chilli

D-dried fruit

E-endive, eggplant

F-fish, fruit salad

G-granola, garlic, goat cheese, green beans, grapes

H-halibut

I-

J-juice

K- kale

L- Lettuce, lemon, lime, lentils,

M- mozzerrella cheese, mustard, mango

N-nectarine, nuts

O-onions, oranges, oats, onions, olives

P- peas, papaya, peanuts, popcorn

Q-

R- radish, raisin, rubarb

S-salad, salsa, sucatash, salmon, scallops, shrimp

T- Turkey, tuna, turnips, tomato

U-

V-

W- walnuts, wheat bread, wild rice

X-

Y- yams, yogart

Z-
