Bishop Eddie Long - What if he did it? (cross-posted)

I read a blog post today that, in relevant part, said the following:

"What, supposedly, has Eddie Long done that’s a crime? Cheated on his wife? Done the nasty with men? Done the nasty with legal adults? Taken gross pictures of himself fully clothed? Send the pictures over his phone?

Even if he used his personal money to pay for expenses for these young adults, I’m not sure it rises to a crime."

Soooo for argument sake...if he did it, and the law of the land finds that his actions do not raise to the level of a crime.....will he still be guilty under the law of the church? the public? God?......or would his legal exoneration stand?

Discuss:)
