I had my tubal today and im in so much pain. The pain meds arent helping. My pain level is at a 10 and it even hurts in my back. It hurts worse than after my c section. is there anything i can do to help manage the pain besides the meds?

I had little to no pain with my tubal...I just suggest you continue to take your meds and try not to move around so much and don't lift anything heavy...and maybe a heating pad

Heating pad or soaking in a hot bath helped me.

Good luck finding something for that!! I had mine tied 20 yrs. ago at the same time I had my last c-section, I remember it hurting me so much worse than the incision from the c-section.

Yikes! yes I was in a lot of pain too.  I planned on taking care of my kids the next day but couldn't do it, so my mom took them.  So you might have pain tomorrow as well.  So sorry! Not much you can do but rest and pain meds.  Day 3 I was ok to do some normal things.  Hang in there!

I feel your pain. I had mine done 6 weeks after my 4 yr old was born and I felt like an 18 wheeler ran me over!!! I used a heating pad for my pain along with my pain meds.
