Random Pain

So for about the past two weeks, I've had pain that switches between two places. One place is around my lower back, but lower, like around my hip. It's really bad pain and prevents me from sitting for two long and from bending over. This will occur for a few days and then it will switch to leg pain, that kind of starts up by my hip and shoots down, kind of. Does anyone know what could be the cause of this?

I have back pain and hip pain and its hard to pin point each. I know if its my hips I hurt in my butt and in my groin. If its anything else its usually my back!

I have lived with chronic back pain and leg pain and it isn't always what I thought it was. Usually I have a muscle spasm or a pinched nerve. There is no way for you to know for sure. Have you seen a chiropractor?
