Hi my name is Cassie. I'm a 22 year old mother of two girls (2yrs old and 4months old). I'm currently a stay at home mom but interviewing next week to be a store manager for a retail clothes company.

I am 5ft 6in tall and 262 lbs..... I am setting a long term one year goal to be 100 lbs lighter in 1 year.

I PLAN TO:

*drink only water and lots of it
*start the 30 day shred along with walking
*eat three square meals a day and two to three healthy snacks

..... to start and see how it goes.

I plan to update here weekly and hope I can get some other ladies to join me!

(I'm mobile now but will also post pictures as soon as I can!)

COME ON LETS ENCOURAGE EACH OTHER!

I'll take some pics later and post them.

I'm 5'2" and around 165 pounds. I would like to lose at least 30 pounds.

I am trying to get ahold of my sweet tooth, it is my main problem- sometimes I go a little overboard!

I am also trying not to eat when I am bored, to drink more water and to exercise 5 days per week.

that sounds like a good plan.  you can use sparkpeople to track your food and exercise, and also have access to support groups and other resources.  i use it and it keeps me on track because i have to be honest with myself.  bonus: it's free.

 Good for you and good luck!  I have lost 35 pounds in the past 4 months.  I am eating healthy,walking, trying to get in the habit of doing weights(hate it) and have started horse back riding again.  I also ride my bike with my daughter.

 Me too!  LOL Casue the healthy eating and 4 mile walkes arnt helping me with the last 50 lbs!!
