How do you do it so both are hot and ready at the same time? Dh hates turkey. So this year he gets a ham. Thanksgiving isn't thanksgiving to me without a turkey so I am doing a small 5lb turkey. However not sure how to fit both in my oven and cook right at the same time?

1 can frozen orange juice (not diluted)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. A-1 sauce
1 tbsp. Tabasco
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
Instructions
Oven 250-275 degrees. Pour 1/3 mixture over ham wrapped in aluminum foil. Bake 1 hour. our 1/3 mixture over ham. Bake another hour. Remaining 1/3 mixture. Remove foil and pour over ham. Bake until brown, 20-30 minutes.

Use this recipe but cook it in the crockpot instead. On low, 6-8 hrs should be good.

I always do the ham first & cover it with foil.. whenever the turkey is done just reheat the ham for a few minutes..

I would get a ham thats already cooked, then wrap it up, put it at the bottom of the oven and cook your turkey on the top, that way your turkey will be cooked, and your ham will be heated through

I do the ham first and then I cover it up. When the turkey is done i reheat the ham again and everything is hot.

Depending on your slow cooker size you can do one of the items in there.

We are a family of 3. My crockpot is small, and I don't have a roaster. lol
I don't know if anything will fit on the top rack with something like a turkey or ham on the bottom. We'll see. Btw the ham is a precooked Tyson holiday ham.

You can buy a package of precooked ham pieces.  It's actually pretty good!  Even if your slow cooker is small it should work.
