help kinda stupid but i need help

I'm so uncomfortable I have so much water weight clinging on from Saturday night! I was thinking of getting a water pill but I just don't know. Any other things I can do to flush my system? I've tried laxatives and that's not what's going on its just a tone of water bloat! Ugh it hurts

go for a run ;)  sweat it out the old fashioned way, forget pills

Drink a gallon of water. Drink a few cups of Yogi detox tea. Exercise.

 the more water you drink the less water you retain.

 Go turn on your shower and let the bathroom steam up,stand in there for about 20 minutes.Do it a couple of times today.

Try to avoid water pills.

Tulsi tea and drink more water.  Stay salt free for a few days too.

Ok ill chug water today then! No way am I going for a fun in the 2 ft of snow lol with 2 babies!

Do you have stairs in your house? Run up and down them. Exercise TV.  Jumping jacks.  The possibilities are endless

I know it sounds counter productive, but you need to drink more water. You're dehydrated, and your body is hanging onto the water as a survival technique.
