do you get a holiday bonus? if so how does your company determine how much you are getting?

Yes. They determine by how much profit the company made and my performance. I got a VERY nice one this year!!

 No bonuses for teachers.

DH does get a bonus though, and it's some sort of percentage of the sales the store made that year.

I got one. Don't know how they determined it but it's 2 weeks worth of pay.

 My bonus doesnt come till April, and its based on personal performance and company performance and is a percentage of my salary.  The percentage is based on how well the goals were met over the past year by both me and the company.

No, not a bonus.   Since I'm in healtcare, I work some holidays, and get paid handsomely....time and a half.

 I usually get one but I am in an office of 3 people so it is just based on how much my boss feels we deserve. My DH usually gets one too, but his is always bigger.
