Does anyone have an easy recipe for chicken and dumplings? I really want some and it's finally cold enough. :) but I've never made it before.

I make mine by boiling the chicken in a pot with onions and celery and chicken flavoring. Then pull the chicken out when it's done cooking, pulling the meat off and adding it back into the pot with cut up tortilla's( dumplings since it's easier)..and cook for about 10 min.

Boil your chicken and debone it. Save the broth from the boiled chicken. In same pan as broth add your chicken meat, 1 cup of milk, 1 tbsp of butter and canned biscuits. ( tear the biscuits in to small cubes) cook until dumplin are ready.

Does this make the thick creamy sauce?
