just wondering have you called cps on anyone??? if so why did you? and what happened?

They didn't do anything for years.

Yes, I watched a man literally BEAT a 2 year old boy in the middle of the street. I watched as blood flew from the boy's mouth and nose. I called the cops and then CPS.
And not a damn thing was done.
