Black Guys: Stay Away From My Daughter (Video)

Straight from our, “Oh really, you say racism doesn’t exist anymore? Really?!” file, BV Black Spin reports that the father of a twelve-year-old white girl in rural Alabama has been threatening black male students from the local basketball team who interact with her.

Reportedly, the man stormed the gym and threatened violence if they made any contact with his daughter.

No Race Mixing for You, Alabama Father Tells Daughter

The father of a white girl in rural Alabama is blamed for stirring up racial tensions in the town of Millry for threatening to kill the black players on the local basketball team if they continued to contact his daughter.

Latisha Mitchell, the stepmother of one of the boys who was threatened, said her stepson and the girl were only friends and had exchanged text messages. But it seems that wasn't good enough for the father, who has not been identified.

His clear message to his daughter is no race mixing for you.

I am not shocked. I never understood this line of thinking. Perhaps someone will explain it.

My father was/is much the same. I no longer see him.

OMG, really!  It is 2011!  Although my parents were not to thrilled when I started dating my husband.  (I am white, he is Hispanic) But they love him like a Son now.  They had to get to know him that was all.  I could care less who my children date/marry as long as they are happy!

I know people who think like this....no mixing races. My hubby's boss was SHOCKED to find out I was white. He actually asked why my husband married outside his race. my husband is Mexican.

I voted that he was out of line and racist, but I do think it is funny.  The things people do these days.
