How can I get my 16 month old to sleep more than 2 hours in a row?
I'm so sick of dd waking up every 2 hours. She can only sleep in her bed (I thought she'd sleep better next to me but she just screams more). I thought she was teething so I gave her tylenol...didn't help. She's not sick, she's fine all day. She takes a 2-3 hour nap. I don't know what to do! She used to sleep all night this 2 hour garbage has been goung on for about 3 weeks now.
Suggestions???

Is this an every day thing or just the past few nights?
If it's an every day thing, try introducing more of a "bed time routine"
If it's just the past few nights, be patient. DD would go through phases like this sometimes! They pass!

Growth spurt? I'd check with her doc.

Cut the naps and they say when growth spurts happen the sleep pattern changes my dd never slept all night in till she was 4 yrs old and my ds is 10 months and still doesn't sleep we change feed medicate if needed and depending on the type of cry they are left to sooth them selves in 10 min increments
