So I am trying to loose 100 pounds before the end of this year. We will see.  Here is my stats, want to know what I am doing read the blog. If you ask  I will post my before picture I haven't taken a progress yet. When I reach a month I might....



Starting Weight:278.6
Starting Bust: 48
Starting Waist: 44
Starting Mid Section: 51
Starting Hips: 55
Starting Thigh: 27
Starting Arm: 15 1/4

Weight: 269.8
Bust: 47
Waist: 41 3/4
Mid Section 47
Hips 533/4
Thigh: 26 1/2
Arms 14 1/2

Follow Rachel's Wyze Choices Blog, and loose 100 pounds too. I have lost the weight before, had some medical issues, am dealing with them naturally and will lose it again follow me through my struggles. Below see the progress I am making!

Sorry I posted then had to go to a lunch meeting at work. I did it by walking 4 miles every day and doing some sit ups first thing in the morning, and trying to make healthier choices during the week, and on the weekend I get a free pass.
