i just wonder why its so important to be call them husband and yet not important to get the legal paper work to show it....if you aren't legally bound then your life partners sure but not husband and wife. I would not refer to myself with the title given to someone during a process that i did not agree with.

It is a PIECE OF PAPER. A piece of paper does not determine how two people feel about each other. A piece of paper does not determine the amount of commitment in a relationship.

Yes ok I get that. But why not just call it like it is. A bf or fiance. Why the fake pretense? It is not ur dh its ur whatever. The level of commitment I am not questioning, thats anither post. But hell call it like it is
