What's your weight loss tip for other moms? Mine is to cut your weight in half and make sure that you drink that much water everyday.

aside from the obvious of eating better and exercising...do as much small activity during the day as possible.

walk to your coworkers desk instead of sending an email. if you  have stairs in your home...make extra trips up and down when doing laundry or putting things away. get up and walk around while you are on the phone. park far away from the store. youd be surprised how many extra calories that can burn during the day.
