Punish me......? - updated with calorie burn!

This is for everyone who is sick of my "weight" posts.. everyone who I have ever pissed off.. or anyone who just would love to see me miserable... :)

I'm doing a "last chance workout" tonight and tomorrow morning. If you'd like to totally kill me, just add to the growing list of things I need to do during my workout.

The only rules are:

It must be a beginner-medium level, I can't do burpees or anything insane!

Each response must have an exercise that will last LESS than 5 minutes, so I can use more responses to build my workout. (Ex: 50 jumping jacks, 50 jump ropes, alternating for 5 minutes; 30 second plank, 10 push ups, repeat for 5 minutes)

My total workout will not go over 2 hours. If it's under 2 hours I will repeat all of the suggestions until it gets to that point.. if the response is greater, I will do half this morning and half tomorrow.

Just for shits and giggles I'll post a before and after pic of me so you can personally see the torture you put me through...

lunges w/weights (momma-flynn)

5 mins jack knifes (ms. mysterious)

20 frog kicks (childofthesun)

25 crunches (3lilmonsters88)

10 push-ups - no cheating (caitostrophe)

25 low squats w/weights (ms. mysterious)

30 leg lifts (.sugaree.)

50 flutter kicks (jsmommy0528)

25 jumping jacks (angie729)

 mountain climbers (britt6)

 planks (samanthamommy)

20 squats (mackiebugsmom)

 switch kicks (eleveneleven)

50 up-downs (3lilmonsters88)

30 sit-ups (maris1192)

100 rat holes  (dmarie)

16 suicide jumps (eleveneleven)

5 minutes wall sits (dmarie)

5 mins square jumps (dmarie - love you too!)

5 mins globe jumps (eleveneleven)

Took the times off, not doing 5 mins of any of them LOL but I did all of the ones I marked out.

What were those things called that Bob had Authur doing last week on BL? Jack knifes our something crazy like that.... Do those!

I know he had him do scorpion flips but I tried those and failed. LOL Jack knifes are my fav, adding 5 minutes of jack knifes. :)

20 Frog kicks.Lie on your back and do crunches bringing your knees to your  chest and out strait. (They can go up at a 90 degree angle but the lower the better)
