A BRAKE is for cars. If your water were to BRAKE, it means it would stop..and I have never heard of a water stopping.
Now..if you are asking if your water BROKE..then go to the bathroom..if it is clear and your panties are wet..yes it probably did or is leaking..go to L&D immediately.
Same thing happened to my sister in law. Go in and get check. I had made her go in it was her water.
If your amniotic sac has ruptured there will be more fluid coming from your vagina. If it was a large amount of fluid then it's pretty obvious. If it's a small amount just put a pad in your underwear and check it periodically. Urine will smell like urine and amniotic fluid smells different. It's hard to describe. I wouldn't recommend rushing off to L&D until you are in a good labor pattern unless your OB has advised you due to other concerns. Good luck momma.
