My eyes feel like they're shaking...What does this mean?? ***Answers to replies on pg 3***

A few times a week, my eyes will start going nuts.  It honestly feels like they're shaking or going from side to side.  I've watched them in the mirror when it happens and you can see them moving.  It makes it so hard to do anything while it's happening, and it lasts anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes.  It's even happened while I was driving.

It has been going on for a few months.  What does this mean?  Should I be concerned?

Are you taking any medications? OTC or RX only?

The only things I'm taking are Zyrtec and B12....Motrin for headaches.

I've taken Zyrtec for a couple of years now, B12 for about 6mos.  And this just started happening around late Dec/early Jan.

Is it eyelid twitching?  I thought that my eyes were nuts too until I realized it wasn't my eyeball, but the lid going nuts.  Anything from allergies, stress, lack of sleep, staring at the computer screen can set it off.

Your actual eye or your eyelids?
