So when I wake up my hands are completely numb and tingly for about a half hour. Then throughout the day my feet randomly just go numb, but not tingly. When my feet do, it sort of hurts. With my hands, its the normal pain of something falling asleep. Wth could be causing this?!

You should talk to a doctor about that. Numbness in hands and feet is often a sign of an underlying medical condition. My grandmother has that and she's diabetic.

You should definitely get that checked out by a doctor. Might have something to do with your blood circulation, and as pp said diabetes. Hope you find your answer and it is not serious.

My hands recently started going numb prior to a migraine. It took me a while to make the connection. Turns out that it's a common migraine symptom. You should see a doctor soon.

I'm gonna mess up the spelling on this but smokers can get carmomyopothy. It causes numbing of the hands and feet. Go get checked out by a doc, of course, but it could be the problem.
