Is this a good carseat?

It's the Safety 1st 3 in 1 convertible carseat - Marston.

I want to RF this baby until 2 and 30. This one RF to 35lbs, FF to 40 and boosters 40-100lbs.

I have always heard 3 in 1's don't usually make good boosters.  good for you for wanting to RF until 2 and 30.  :)

Heres a bump and hopefully the way more experienced than me ladies will help you

no!!

It is a bad booster and has a short shell.  You will need another harnessing seat and a booster.

I have this carseat.. I love it and so does DS! Its very comfortable and isnt that heavy. i will say this, its not the easiest to clean though.. if you take the cover off to wash, its a pain in the butt! but i love it anyways

I love my myride65. It doesn't turn into a booster, but it RF's to 40lbs, and FF's to 60lbs.

I've "heard" that it has a short shell- meaning they will out grow it by height before they hit the 40 FF (harnessed)

if I were pregnant now...I'd look into the Graco Myride

Thats what we have.  Erin will be 2 on Friday and will be RFing in it till she is too tall.  she is already almost 37 inches tall but still has about 1 1/2 inches to go in the shell.  then we plan on the Frontier 85 that way we can get the tallest harness height available at 21 inches( to 5 pt harness the longest time possible)  also largest harness weight ( allow that won't be our issue) and a TOP rated booster seat when the time comes up to.
