Poll

Question: WWYD

Options:

Roll your eyes and turn away. What a bratty kid!

Glare at the couple because they obviously lack parenting skills.

Smile sympathetically whenever they make eye contact to let them know you understand.

Try distracting the toddler or talking to him so he might calm down.

The almighty "OTHER" button lol.

Mind your own business

.......throwing a little fit because he wants to run around in the store while they are checking out?

Not screaming, just whining and squirming making it as difficult as possible for them to check out.

Mind my own business, since I have a 4,3 and 2 year old, and a husband who is frequently gone due to the army. So I chose other.

Parenting skills have nothing to do with a toddler's attitude... and if you roll your eyes then you obviously aren't a parent otherwise you would know that.

people usually try to occupy the other kids while I am checking out if this happens to me.  My middle daughter is special needs and there is just no fixing it sometimes.  It helps sometimes, and sometimes makes things worse.  Usually my kids try to talk to other kids that are doing that in the store....

honestly, if it's a couple i never understand why one person doesn't take the kid outside to throw a fit. i'm a big fan of divide and conquer. one parents checks out, the other gets the kid out of the situation.
