My dd is one. I am wonder how much milk/formula to give her. Today she has only had two sippy cups one when she woke up and one before i put her to sleep. During the day she drinks water with just a touch or juice about 90/10.

Are you switching over the regular big kid milk or staying with formula?  Dd at that age nursed 4-6 times a day still as well as drinking 2 6oz sippy cups of cows milk.  Sometimes she would drink more, some days it was less.

Serve milk with meals. At age 1 they should have no more than 16-24 oz a day.

Do not give her more than 2 cups a day. Milk keeps the body form absorbing calcium. I discovered this when my oldest became borderline anemic.

I would stick with the 16-24 oz as the ladies suggested of formula.  For water intake at a year she can have just plain water as well, it doesnt have to be all milk/formula based liquids.

My pediatrician recommends a maximum of 16 ounces total per day.
