First of all I love my daughter to death. but I am SO fed up with her waking up before me and creating havvok in my house. I had important dr. papers for my specialist appointment today I had to fill out on the high kitche counter. This morning I wake up at 9 am to find it defaced. Also easter candy from my closet was taken and opened up all over her room. She even climed the kitchen counter and got into the resees. I am so angry and I don't know what there is to do about this. I sent her to bed. During the day she is so well behaved but Im a heavy sleeper and she is worrying me that she wakes up and sneaks around to be naughty. Is there a child bell I can stick on her or something? What should I do?  A baby gate doesnt work because she climbs it with toys or anything else she can find.

I have an alarm on DD's door that goes off when she opens the door, she is almost 9..so i dont use it for this problem, but we do use it once in a while. That may be an idea, i believe you can find them at any hardware store ..

OR ..if you have an idea of what time she wakes up , perhaps setting your alarm so you actually get up with her...

She gets up different times everyday. But I think well be investing in a door alarm then.
