I don't have chicken and dumplings but I do have an awesome chicken meal.

Soy-Garlic Chicken

6 chicken leg quarters (skin removed)

1 can (8oz) tomato sauce

1/2 cup soy sause

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

2 teaspoons minced garlic

With a sharp knife, cut leg quarters at the joints if desired. Place in a 4 quart slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine the tomato sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic; pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the meat thermometer reads 180 degrees.

I found this in a cook book, sounds yummy
African chicken treat

2 onions, thinly sliced
2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
8 chicken thighs, skinned
1/2 cup extra crunchy peanut butter
Crushed chili pepper of your choice

1. Combine water, chicken bouillon granules, celery, onions, and peppers in slow cooker
2. Spread peanut butter over both sides of chicken pieces. Sprinkle with chili pepper. Place on top of ingredients in slow cooker.
3. Cover. Cook on low 5-6 hours

 LOL- Here it is:

1 box spanish rice mix-(I use Rice-a-Roni)

1 pound lean ground beef

1/2 cup chopped celery

1 small onion, chopped

1 egg, beaten

4 medium green bell peppers, halved lengthwise, cored and seeded

1 can (28oz) whole peeled tomatoes,undrained

1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed tomato soup, undiluted

1 cup water

1. Set aside seasoning packet from rice. Combine rice, beef, celery, onion, and egg in a large bowl.  mix well. Divide meat mixture among bell pepper halves.

2. Pour tomatoes with juice into crockpot.  Arrange filled pepper halves on top of tomatoes.

3. Combine tomato soup, water and rice seasoning packet- pour over pepers. cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
