I have read b2 vitamins help and sour things help.. The sour candy thing surprises me bc I would think that would make me more sick.

Ive been having luck with nauzene, they are little chewable tabs, they help a LOT and not for very long though. I reserve them to the times that I am headed to the toliet about to throw up and they make me feel 100% better in about 30 seconds.  I keep them for those time beacause they have like a daily limit of 6 or so I think, but sometimes I go over a bit. ;)

Ginger ale and a pepermint candy in the ginger ale worked for me. So did having any type of mint gum. I was just fine after that.
