Do you let your kids ride bikes without helmets?

I don't. If I catch them riding without them they are grounded from their bikes. I don't care if they think it looks dorky, I don't want skull fractures and injuries.

My daughter is 2 and does not have a bike! We might get her one for her 3rd birthday next year and she must wear a helmet at all times on it. I know she doesn't need it since it will have training wheels and she's likely not to fall off it but I want her to get used to it so when the training wheels comes off, she's not trying to remember to put a helmet on it because it will come natural.

Oh I'll hear it about this one I'm sure lol....yes, I do.  Has nothing to do with them not wanting to, sometimes they choose to, other times they don't. Given where they ride I just don't personally think they're necessary.

When she was younger, I made my daughter wear a helmet and but now I am not as strict about it.

Yes. I do. Bash away! My 9 year old and 4 year old ride without helmets all the time.

nope. She needs to wear a helmet with anything that has wheels(skates, scooter, bike) otherwise she doesn't ride at all
