So, while we're on the topic of (not) feeding kids dinner...

What did your kids eat tonight?

We stripped up some boneless, skinless chicken breasts, dumped spaghetti sauce over them, and baked it in the oven.  OMFG, most tender oven baked chicken breasts I have EVER eaten!!  Served it over pasta.  It was so, so good, and so easy!!  DD gobbled it, I swear she ate more than me!  I think next time I will get some provolone slices or mozarella to put over the chicken/sauce just to cheese it up.

No clue..... I am working a 16 hour day today and they are at their Dad's.

However, that sounds like something I need to try!

To be honest, I don't know.  She's spending the night at grandma and grandpa's house.  Last I called, they were on their way to my dad's cousin's house to color eggs with their kids.  I think I overheard something about spaghetti.

Its my usual 'eat-what-you-can-find' Saturday night (and especially since I'm not feeling well today) so the kids told me they wanted hot dogs and Ramen noodles.

Wish granted LOL

 Sounds good!

We went out for Chinese. They had egg drop soup, lemon chicken, and fried rice.

We had chicken rice and veggies.

I made a sauce for the chicken and rice, too. Kids had milk to drink.

I had a granola bar for dinner, LOL.  But I ate a big lunch, too, so I wasn't really that hungry to begin with.
