Anyone have either?

I have restless arms and I can't sleep bc it's driving me so damn crazy.

Any tips?

I get restless legs. I take a calcium, magnesium, potassium supplement. It's my lifesaver!

I have restless legs.. and when i was prego, i got the restless leg feeling in my legs, arms and even throughout the rest of my body, especially if i tried to go to the movies! I always had to get up, walk around, strech, and a lot of times, just stand and watch the movie. sucked.

I'll have to try that. Before I usually only got if I was nursing.

But the past four nights have been terrible :( I'm going crazy.

I get restless legs & arms:( I have found that Potassium REALLY helps along with Vitamin E,Magnesium & Calcium...If I eat a Banana it will sometimes help!! I have medicine that is prescribed for mine & I take it at night to relax my muscles so I can sleep but I refuse to take it during the day period...Have you tried taking a warm bath?? That helps me when my legs & arms are really bad at night or a heating bad...

Took a warm shower and it helped til I laid down :(

It feels like if I crushed my joints it would feel better I swear. Then I finally start falling asleep and my arms jump and twitch.
