Feeling crafty? (How to make a tutu dress)

The tutorial is below, for a tutu. Just make the tutu long and then tie a piece of ribbon to the top and for the waistband. If you have any questions, ask them here and I'll walk you through it. :) You'll need about 200 yards of tulle, on the roll, to complete a size 5t.

Well there's a really quick cutting method that I use... without it, I don't even wanna know how long it would take LOL. But with it, maybe 2 hours? Depending on the size...

Ohhhh man! I couldve used this last halloween for DD.

She dressed up as a corpse bride and i made the skirt for her like this. But it looks so much better as a dress! ughhhhhhh
