best way to keep a cut from scarring

i need to know...she had about 50 wart looking things removed and doctor didn't tell me what to put on it. i can't have her get 50 scars HELP!

Don't let it dry out or scab over (keep it covered). Applying hydrogen peroxide to the cut (if it's not open..) will help, and they also make scar removal cream if it does end up scarring that will help fade it.

does vitamin e or neosporin keep it from scarring?

both.  keep it plastered with the clear gel kind neosporin w vit e couple times a day.  Use mostly the neo tho.  Trust me that crap works.
