ok i am just venting here. i posted a picture of my nephew on facebook and now my aunt is freaking out. yes i had primission from my sister. but she feels that i am to blame for what he is wearing in the picture. he is wearing my daughters shirt and skirt. why does she feel this is bad? because she thinks it will MAKE him gay. now my sister, his mother put him in those clothes and no one can see my facebook except my family and friends and we didn't take him of the yard like that so why is it a big deal.
wearing that will NOT make him gay. LOL. my ds *age 4* is wearing a bright pink dora bandaide as we speak. :D
Awww I think its cute when little boys do that. My 2 year old has worn his sisters shirts before and they fit him like a night gown.
yeah my grandmother has a son that turned out to be gay. she was so nervous about it being something that she did that she was constantly on my brother about being a 'sissy boy' everytime he so much as whined. i finally at 15 had to tell her enough was enough the only thing you are making him is nervous and embarrassed. As insensitive as they can be some people just can NOT understand that you cant make someone gay.
Maybe because I don't have a boy, but I don't get the CM trend of dressing up boys as girls?
I've never put girl clothing on my son but if you and your sis find it funny I don't see what the big deal is. And no, if he's not gay nothing is going to make him gay. And if he is gay wearing boy clothing won't make him straight.
Quoting raegansmom:Maybe because I don't have a boy, but I don't get the CM trend of dressing up boys as girls?
we only did it because he wanted to be like his cousin
