At this point, I'm really curious. How do you personally define "rape"?

Having sex with someone without their consent.

If you don't consent to sex it's rape. Period. I don't care if he's your husband and he doesn't verbally or physically abuse you.

Having sex with a person against their will or without their consent. It is also rape if you use an object instead of a body part.

forced, unwanted, unaware sex. If a person is not coherent enough to say yes or no, then rape. If a person says no at anypoint and it continous because the other did not want to quit, then rape. If a person is turned down for it and they do nto stop then rape. It really is hard to define, because there are those situations where a person cries no, but then gives in. Ya know what I mean?

If someone forces you to have sex against your will. Regardless of who it is.
